Fishing Report Ending May 29, 2006

Robert Clancy and his wife Anne of Bradenton, FL had planned to fish with Rio Colorado Lodge for 3 days, they extended their trip by a day and on Sunday their extended fishing day, Robert jumped 21 tarpon and boated 3. Anne got one on Sunday weighing over 150lbs. Robert boated 3 on his first day out and said that after 12 years of chasing tarpon in many other places he had caught and hooked more at Rio Colorado Lodge in his first day fishing here!

Ralph Grisham of Mobile, AL jumped 5 and boated tarpon on Sunday. Monday he jumped 5, but had not boated any at the time of this report.

The weather at the Lodge is clear, with fishing mostly in the Caribbean as the river is rising due to rains up in the mountains. At the time of this report, the conditions are excellent.
