Fishing Report January 22, 2007

Pam Evans extended her fishing trip to Rio Colorado Lodge an extra day and boated a nice 120 lb. tarpon so as not to be outfished by her financee Allan.

Oscar Obando of Cartago, along with Lloyd Aberg of Santa Ana visited on a one day trip with Raul Romero of Coral Springs, Fl. and Robert Chicello of Pembrook, Fl. The group jumped three tarpon and boated all 3, a 70lb., a 90lb. and a 150 pounder. They also caught several nice Jack Crevelles in just 3 hours of afternoon fishing. They tried for snook in the morning, but due to a late start got snookered.

Nice weather, action is all in the river mouth inside the breakers.
