Report for week ending August 6th

Christine Lee and Tim Shaw of Dameron MD got 3 nice tarpon to the boat fishing with Captain Luis Perez. In addition to the tarpon they got their line stretched and caught some big jack crevelles. Christine claims she had some pretty sore muscles after her battles.
Seas have varied choppy to rollers, but the mouth of the river was passable. The river is on the rise, water color good.
Turtle watching on the beach at night is at it's peak now with lots of mating green sea turtles in the water in the ocean by the fishing boats. That is a sight to see in person and not on the Discovery Channel!
