Fishing Report ending December 18, 2005
If you haven't checked out the recent photos section at the home page, please do so. You'll find the 7.3 lb. Guapote/Rainbow Bass Bryan Saliba caught on December 11th.
On December 15,16 Pritpal Sandho, his wife Parmade, and son Vikrum of Calgary Canada had their hands full with several double hooks with big tarpon on the ocean. They jumped 15 and boated 3.
On December 17th Captain Wendel Hodgson guiding a tour into the Lodge, stopped the boat on the Samay River, and within about 30 minutes of floating and jigging on the bottom, he had boated 5 nice Fat Snook (calba).
Return fly angler Rick Wall of Livingston, on the first day of a 7 day holiday getaway to Rio Colorado Lodge, landed a 110 lb tarpon on his fly rod from the beach at Agua Dulce. On day 2, December 18th, Rick landed 5 big snook between 15 - 25 lbs. fishing Agua Dulce again.
